The refurbishment of this attic room involved old woodchip wallpaper being removed and the walls being re-skimmed. The walls were mist-coated in contract matt and then finished in two colours, blending a natural hessian with raspberry bellini feature section of wall.
The task undertook restoration work on a rotten bay window and refurbishment of a selection of old sash windows to the remainder of the property. The task meant removing some wet rot, treating it with wood hardener, and building it back up with two part filler. The paintwork was then finished using the Dulux Weathershield paint system, ensuring the finish was fully weather resistant and flexible in brilliant white.
