A superb staircase decor project for a three story townhouse in Hoylandswaine, Barnsley, which has now personalised this home and added style and focal point!
Premium quality Johnstone’s Acrylic Durable Matt White Whisper was used on ceilings & walls throughout, while the balustrade, spindles and woodwork were finished in Pure Brilliant White Dulux Trade Eggshell. The wood coloured handrail was finished in Osmo Polyx Oil Satin. Adorning a number of the walls is ‘Elysian’ wallpaper by Sanderson.
New Whittington Kitchen & Dining Area, Hallway & Staircase Transformation
Staircase and kitchen transformation using Johnstones Acrylic Durable Matt throughout. A premium quality emulsion formulated for interior use on walls and ceilings. This perfectly complements the outstanding new satinwood finish for the spindles, architraves, and skirting boards. A neutral polished pebble was used throughout, with an additional waterlily blush feature wall in the dining area.
Stannington Hallway and Staircase Refurbishment
The old wallpaper was stripped from the walls, then filled and cross lined before hanging a modern Laura Ashley wallpaper. Additional paintwork took place to give a fresh new look to woodwork after thorough preparation. Two undercoats were applied to the woodwork with a nice solid gloss finish throughout. The handrail was finished in walnut to give a complimentary contrast to the balustrades on the staircase handrail.
